Refund policy

At Honest Origins Farm, each bar is handmade and hand-cut in small batches. Natural variation in color, pattern, and weight is part of its character; photos are representative, and your bar will be uniquely yours. Because of the intimate nature of skincare, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. We encourage you to review ingredients carefully and perform a patch test if you have sensitivities. If you need guidance before ordering, our team is glad to help at support@honestoriginsfarm.com.

If anything falls short, please reach out—we genuinely want to make it right. For orders that arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer box, inner packing, and the shipping label. Please keep all packaging until we confirm next steps. In most cases we will send a replacement promptly; no return is required. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, at our discretion.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package cannot be located, first check with household members and neighbors and allow one additional business day in case of a premature scan. As carriers consider packages delivered at that point, we’re unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen parcels after delivery; however, we’ll gladly assist with information for a carrier claim and discuss a compassionate solution where appropriate.

Order changes and cancellations can often be accommodated if we hear from you before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. If an address error causes a package to be returned to us, we’re happy to reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.

Sale items, discounted “flubs”, gift cards, and promotional bundles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. We currently serve U.S. customers; if we expand international service in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
