Shipping policy
At Honest Origins Farm, every order is crafted and packed with care. Orders are processed in the order they are received within 1–3 business days, excluding sale events and holidays. During busier periods, processing may extend slightly as we work carefully through the queue, but we’ll always aim to move your order along as quickly as possible. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We ship exclusively via USPS within the United States. Once processing is complete, typical transit time is 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery windows are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed; weather, carrier volume, and unforeseen events can occasionally extend timelines beyond our control.
Once an order is tendered to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Honest Origins Farm is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the carrier after shipment has been accepted by USPS.
A shipment confirmation email with tracking will be sent as soon as your package ships and tracking generally updates within 24 hours. We are able to ship to valid U.S. P.O. Boxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped, including in cases of carrier delay, delivery scan issues or returned packages due to address errors.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an address error results in a returned package, we’ll happily reship to a corrected address; the customer is responsible for any additional postage required. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@honestoriginsfarm.com and we’ll do our best to intercept the shipment before it leaves. Unfortunately, once a label is generated or the order ships, changes are not possible.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered”, this constitutes proof of delivery. Honest Origins Farm is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If you cannot locate your package, first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office, and allow one additional business day in case of a premature scan. We are happy to assist with carrier information to support a USPS claim, however, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Honest Origins Farm.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email support@honestoriginsfarm.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged box/package and damaged product(s). Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement. Replacements are issued at the discretion of Honest Origins Farm. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
HEAT AND SEASONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Some products, including body butters and balm-style items, are sensitive to heat. Products may soften or melt during warm weather or transit. Heat-related texture changes do not constitute shipping damage or product defect and do not affect product usability. Honest Origins Farm is not responsible for melting or texture changes caused by shipping conditions, ambient temperatures or storage after delivery. Products may be re-solidified by placing them in a cool environment or refrigerator.

This shipping policy governs shipment, delivery and risk of loss for orders placed with Honest Origins Farm. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
